  • Orders within UAE are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on the location.
  • Free shippingis available on orders above AED 500.
  • Shipping Charges: If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • We partner with trusted courier services like bluedartFedEx, and UPSfor international deliveries.
  • Delivery Time: International orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the destination and product weight and will be calculated at checkout.
  • We currently ship worldwide, excluding certain restricted countries as per courier partners’ guidelines.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes:

  • International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, as per the regulations of the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility:

  • Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping costs.
  • Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local post office or delivery service if this occurs.
